Join a top-ranked UK employment team based in Bristol advising on complex, business-critical employment matters for a mix of listed companies, public sector bodies, charities and growth businesses. You will handle a varied caseload including strategic reorganisations, tribunal and civil litigation, sensitive investigations, DSARs and global mobility issues.

This role offers genuine responsibility from the start within a collaborative, national practice. You will work closely with senior employment specialists across offices, benefit from strong training and development, and be supported in hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Approximately 3 years' post-qualification experience (flexible — applications from adjacent levels, including senior associates, welcome)
Demonstrable employment law experience across advisory and contentious matters
Ability to manage a complex and varied workload and work directly with clients
Strong interpersonal skills, commercial judgment and a collaborative approach
Registration with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
