Seeking an experienced employment litigator to join a national employment & labor team supporting complex, contested matters. The role will focus on defending and managing multi-plaintiff employment disputes, including wage & hour class actions and PAGA matters.

You will collaborate with a distributed team of litigators and an experienced trial leader, handle client-facing strategy, and manage cases from discovery through trial. The team offers flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Licensed to practice in California (required).
Minimum ~3 years of California employment litigation experience, including multi‑plaintiff, wage & hour class actions, and PAGA matters.
Strong trial and motion experience, with the ability to manage cases independently.
Client-focused, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a distributed/national team.
