Established national law firm is seeking an employment litigation attorney to join its Los Angeles team focusing on FEHA and wage & hour matters. The role will handle matters from intake through trial, including counseling, motions practice, discovery and courtroom appearances.

The team represents employers in complex employment disputes; ideal candidates are self-starters with strong analytical, research, writing and oral advocacy skills and a commitment to client service.

Minimum 3 years of California employment litigation experience, including FEHA and Wage & Hour claims
Licensed to practice in California
Proven litigation experience: discovery, motions, depositions and trial experience preferred
Excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills; client-focused and able to manage matters independently
