Join a national employment law team as an associate advising employers on workforce strategy, compliance, and transactional employment matters. You will provide senior-level, practical advice to HR leaders and C-suite executives, support employment diligence and post-closing workforce integration for corporate transactions, and draft and negotiate employment-related documents. Minimum 5 years of law firm employment/labor experience advising employers.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and work independently and in teams.
