You will provide senior-level, practical advice to HR leaders and C-suite executives, support employment diligence and post-closing workforce integration for corporate transactions, and draft and negotiate employment-related documents. - Minimum 5 years of law firm employment/labor experience advising employers.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current member in good standing of the California or New York bar (depending on office selection).
- Experience working in a recognized labor & employment practice; ability to counsel senior executives and HR leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and work independently and in teams.
