Employment & Labor Associate — Los Angeles

Seeking a mid-level employment and labor attorney to join a national firm’s Employment & Labor practice in Los Angeles (candidates in San Diego or Santa Monica offices may also be considered). The role combines litigation and counseling work: civil discovery and motion practice, witness interviews and investigations, brief writing, and day-to-day employment counseling on policies, compliance, and separation matters.

• 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment or labor law
• Admission to the California bar required
• Experience in litigation tasks (discovery, brief writing, investigations) and employment counseling (policies, compliance, separation agreements)
• Strong academic record, excellent written and verbal communication, and willingness to mentor junior associates
