The role combines litigation and counseling work: civil discovery and motion practice, witness interviews and investigations, brief writing, and day-to-day employment counseling on policies, compliance, and separation matters.

- 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment or labor law
- Admission to the California bar required
- Experience in litigation tasks (discovery, brief writing, investigations) and employment counseling (policies, compliance, separation agreements)
- Strong academic record, excellent written and verbal communication, and willingness to mentor junior associates
