Well‑established national law firm is seeking an Employment & Labor associate to join its team across multiple U.S. offices. The role involves a mix of transactional and litigation work: advising clients on employment matters, conducting M&A-related diligence, and drafting employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements.

Successful candidates will work closely with firm lawyers and client teams on counseling matters and employment disputes. The position offers exposure to sophisticated corporate transactions and labor & employment litigation across industry sectors.

3–7 years' relevant post‑qualification experience (classes 2019–2023)
Transactional and advisory employment experience, including M&A-related diligence
Drafting expertise with employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements
Experience in labor & employment litigation and client counseling
Active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
