Growing Employment & Labor team in San Diego seeks a mid-level associate with 2–5 years' experience handling a broad mix of employment matters. The role combines litigation and counseling work: case development, discovery, witness interviews/investigations, brief writing, and client-side employment counseling on policies, compliance, and separation agreements.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative practice and be expected to contribute to matter work, assist in training more junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-office teams. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and parental support programs.

2–5 years of experience in employment and labor law (litigation and counseling)
Experience with case development, discovery, investigations, and brief writing
Employment counseling experience (policies, statutory/regulatory compliance, separation agreements)
Strong academic credentials, exceptional legal writing and communication skills, high motivation and initiative
Admission to the California Bar required
