Opportunity for a mid-level associate to join a busy Employment & Labor practice in the Bay Area. The role blends day-to-day employment counseling for corporate clients with employment litigation, and includes support on M&A-related employment issues.

The team seeks a proactive attorney who can manage client-facing counseling matters, draft and advise on employment documentation and policies, and handle litigation tasks as needed. The group offers a collaborative environment and exposure to a range of employer-side matters.

2–5 years of employment & labor experience, with both counseling and litigation exposure
Strong legal writing and communication skills
