Employment Law Associate — Northern California (San Francisco preferred)

Growing Employment & Labor group in Northern California is seeking a mid-level associate (3–6 years) to join offices in San Francisco, Silicon Valley or Sacramento. The role offers significant responsibility on complex employment matters and direct client-facing work.

Typical matters include pre-litigation counseling, single-plaintiff and class/representative wage & hour actions, systemic discrimination disputes, PAGA representative actions, administrative charge responses, depositions, motions, mediations, and court appearances. The team values practical problem-solving, strong drafting, and collaborative client service.

• 3–6 years of litigation experience with substantial employment/wage-and-hour matters
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Proven ability to take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, and manage discovery in complex cases
• Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in teams
