Employment Law Associate — Paris

An established international employment team is seeking an Employment Law Associate to join its Paris office. The role focuses on collective bargaining, restructuring and high‑impact employment matters for multinational clients in a cross‑border practice.

Day‑to‑day work includes advising on French and cross‑border employment law, supporting collective negotiations, drafting client‑ready memoranda and documentation, and working closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

• Fully qualified lawyer (CAPA) with a Master’s degree or equivalent in Employment/Labour Law
• Minimum 3 years’ post‑qualification experience in employment law, ideally within an international or multi‑jurisdictional practice
• Strong experience with collective bargaining, restructuring and organisational change
• Fluent in French and English; excellent drafting and advisory skills
• Organised, responsive, collaborative and able to manage client work across time zones
