Join a well-regarded French law firm’s social/labour team in Nantes, advising a varied corporate client base on both advisory and contentious matters. The role covers individual and collective employment law, support on HR projects and transformations, collective bargaining and social dialogue, and representation in employment tribunals.

You will manage files with a high level of autonomy while receiving support for professional development and technical upskilling. The position offers regular contact with HR and management teams and involvement in both transactional and litigation workstreams.

Qualification to practice in France (admitted to the Bar)
Experience in French employment/labour law — advisory and litigation
Strong drafting and advocacy skills for both negotiations and labour tribunal proceedings
Ability to work autonomously, manage client relationships, and collaborate with HR teams
