Join a newly established Belfast employment team within a major international firm, supporting the London office and multi‑jurisdictional colleagues. The role offers a mix of high‑quality advisory, transactional and contentious work, including global projects, restructurings, complex litigation and strategic HR advisory.

The team acts for large corporate clients across financial services, TMT, pharmaceuticals, transport and retail, providing exposure to cross‑border matters such as TUPE, post‑acquisition integrations, pay equity reviews and large scale investigations.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales.
4–6 years PQE in employment law, with experience from a leading employment practice.
Proven experience on contentious (Employment Tribunal) and advisory/transactional matters, including TUPE and multi‑jurisdictional projects.
Strong commercial awareness, client‑facing skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.
