An employment lawyer is sought to join a specialist delivery team handling a high-volume caseload of Employment Tribunal claims. The role offers substantial ownership of unfair dismissal and discrimination matters and close, regular contact with a small number of key clients.

This is a non‑traditional private practice role that operates as an extension of client in‑house legal teams, using a tech‑enabled, efficiency‑focused model to deliver high‑quality contentious work. The team values predictability, flexible working patterns and a collegiate approach to resourcing.

Successful candidates will be joining a collaborative Employment practice with strong internal support and structured delivery processes — a chance to do focused tribunal work with meaningful responsibility and client exposure.

Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' post‑qualification experience (or equivalent demonstrable experience)
Strong general employment law knowledge and solid Employment Tribunal experience (unfair dismissal and discrimination)
Excellent drafting, communication and client‑facing skills
Proven ability to manage high volumes and meet tight deadlines; strong organisational attention to detail
Comfortable working in a tech‑enabled, process‑driven delivery model; experience supervising junior lawyers is an advantage
