Join a newly established Employment team in Belfast as part of a market-leading international practice. The role will sit closely with the core London team and other global offices, handling a mix of domestic and cross-border employment matters.

Work will include advisory and transactional support (including TUPE and post-acquisition integrations), multi-jurisdictional projects and global policy reviews, employment tribunal litigation and investigations, and privacy/DAR matters. The role is hybrid and may require occasional travel.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales.
1–3 years' post-qualification experience in employment law, preferably from a leading employment practice.
Experience with tribunal litigation, TUPE, redundancy processes and multi-jurisdictional employment projects.
Strong academic record, commercial mindset, excellent drafting and client-facing skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
