Apply in confidence →Join a major international firm’s flexible legal resourcing team in Sydney, providing employment law advice and project support to internal and external clients. The team places experienced employment lawyers into hybrid consulting, contract or casual engagements across corporate, advisory and remediation workstreams.
Typical matters include advisory and compliance (discrimination, privacy and safety), employment litigation and investigations, industrial relations and collective bargaining, workforce restructures and payroll or remediation programs. Roles are largely hybrid and can be structured to suit part-time or flexible working arrangements.
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
- Experience across employee relations, employment litigation/investigations, industrial relations, WHS/safety and anti‑discrimination matters.
- Experience with large-scale remediation, payroll compliance programs or complex organisational restructures preferred.
- Comfortable dealing with employment regulators and managing stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and hit the ground running.
- Right to live and work in Australia and hold (or be able to obtain) a current practising certificate; willingness to engage via an Incorporated Legal Practice or casual employment arrangements.
