Senior employment lawyer to join an in-house consulting team that provides employment and labour law advice to UK-based organisations. The role involves advising on day-to-day employee relations, restructures and redundancy processes, TUPE, policy drafting, workforce projects and employment tribunal litigation risk.

Advisory work will include working directly with clients across several UK offices on pragmatic, commercially focused solutions and drafting contractual and procedural documentation. The team handles a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters and supports wider commercial projects.

Flexible working across multiple UK office locations; the role suits someone who enjoys client-facing advisory work and project delivery in a busy, advisory-led practice.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent UK employment law qualification.
Practical experience advising on a range of employment matters, including restructures/TUPE and tribunal risk.
Comfortable with both advisory and litigation risk management work; strong drafting and drafting policies and contracts.
Excellent client-facing and project-management skills; able to deliver clear, commercial advice to non-legal clients.
Ability to work across multiple office locations and manage a varied caseload.
