We are seeking a qualified employment lawyer to join an established Frankfurt-based labor & employment team advising national and international companies. The role includes advisory work on a wide range of employment matters, structuring remuneration schemes, and supporting strategic reorganisations with cross-border elements.

You will handle contentious and non-contentious matters, including representation before labour courts and negotiations with works councils, and help design pragmatic solutions for changing business needs. The team works in an international, collaborative environment with strong training and development opportunities.

Qualified lawyer with relevant experience in a law firm, in-house or comparable legal role.
Strong academic record (Prädikatsexamen desirable) and excellent German and very good English language skills.
Practical experience with labour / employment litigation and works council negotiations is an advantage.
Commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams on complex matters.
