Well-established national practice is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join its Southampton team. The role will sit within a busy labour & employment group advising employers and senior management on contentious and non-contentious matters.

You will work on a mix of tribunal litigation, workforce restructurings, disciplinary and grievance matters, and day-to-day advisory work including contracts, policies and TUPE. The team advises a broad range of commercial clients and offers exposure to both advisory and litigation matters.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent with experience in employment/labour law (contentious and advisory work).
Comfortable handling tribunal litigation, investigations, disciplinaries, and redundancy/consultation processes.
Strong drafting and client-facing skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice.
