Employment Litigation Associate — Atlanta

High-volume employer-side labor & employment team in Atlanta seeks an associate to handle litigation and administrative matters. The role emphasizes defending workplace claims, managing agency charges, and representing employers in court, arbitration, mediation and internal investigations.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting depositions and discovery, counseling and training HR/management, and supporting defense of class/collective and individual employment claims. The position offers exposure to a broad range of employment issues and collaborative team-oriented practice.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 3+ years of employment or commercial litigation experience; employer-side employment law experience preferred
• Active GA bar admission in good standing
• Practical knowledge of federal and state administrative procedures (EEOC, state agencies)
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong organization and project-management skills
