Employment Litigation Associate — Austin, TX

Seeking an employment litigation associate to join a large, employer-side labor & employment practice in Austin. The role focuses on defending employers in court, administrative proceedings, mediations and arbitrations across a range of workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, non-compete and other employment-related claims.

The position combines litigation and counseling work: you will manage cases from charge handling through trial, advise clients on employment law compliance and policies, and work collaboratively with a team of litigators and client managers in a fast-paced environment.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and strong academic record
• 3+ years of litigation experience; employment law experience preferred
• Active Texas bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly
• Strong courtroom, administrative-agency and alternative-dispute-resolution experience
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization and project-management skills
