Employment Litigation Associate — Cincinnati

Mid-level employment litigation role in a national labor & employment firm’s Cincinnati office. The team defends employers in a broad range of workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, non-compete and other employment-related claims, and handles agency charges, arbitration and mediations.

Expect a mix of litigation and counseling: defending lawsuits, managing administrative agency matters, conducting trainings, and advising clients on workplace policies and risk mitigation. The role offers a collaborative team environment and operates on a hybrid work schedule.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school; strong academic credentials
• 3+ years of employment or commercial litigation experience; employment law background strongly preferred
• Admission to the Ohio bar in good standing
• Experience with state and federal administrative agency procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong organizational and project-management skills
