Typical responsibilities include handling all phases of employment-related lawsuits and agency charges, advising clients on discrimination, wage-and-hour, leave and related workplace issues, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing discovery and hearings. JD from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials
5+ years of litigation experience; employment/labor experience strongly preferred (judicial clerkship may be considered)
Active Connecticut bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly
Excellent written and oral communication, strong organization and project-management skills
Comfort managing multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment and working both independently and collaboratively
