- JD from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 5+ years of litigation experience; employment/labor experience strongly preferred (judicial clerkship may be considered)
- Active Connecticut bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly
- Excellent written and oral communication, strong organization and project-management skills
- Comfort managing multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment and working both independently and collaboratively
