Employment Litigation Associate — Los Angeles or New York

Top-tier national law firm is seeking a mid‑ to senior‑level Employment Litigation Associate to join its Employment & Labor group. The role can be based in either the Los Angeles or New York office and will handle high‑stakes litigation matters for corporate clients.

Successful candidates will have substantial litigation experience (employment litigation strongly preferred) and a record of excellent academic and law‑firm credentials. Admission to the bar in the hiring jurisdiction is required.

• Mid‑ to senior‑level associate with substantial litigation experience; employment litigation experience strongly preferred
• Experience with trade‑secret disputes, restrictive‑covenant matters, pay‑equity issues or class actions a plus
• Outstanding academic record and prior law‑firm experience
• Admission to the state bar where based (LA or NY)
