Employment Litigation Associate — Los Angeles

Leading national labor & employment practice is seeking an associate to join its Los Angeles employment litigation team. The role focuses on defending employers in single- and multi-plaintiff employment litigation in court and arbitration, responding to and investigating administrative charges, and supporting client counseling where needed.

The position offers hands-on litigation work — including depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation — plus opportunities to assist with employment policies, training, and day-to-day advice. The team provides structured professional development and firm-wide training programs and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Juris Doctor and active membership in good standing with the California bar; must meet continuing licensure requirements.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience practicing California labor & employment law; civil litigation and trial experience a strong plus (depositions, motions, trial work).
• Excellent analytical and writing skills, strong organization and multitasking abilities, and a client-service orientation.
• Strong academic credentials.
