Employment Litigation Associate — New York, NY

Nationally recognized labor & employment practice seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its New York City office. The team represents employers in a wide range of employment disputes and agency matters.

The role focuses on litigating employment claims and agency charges, representing clients in court, administrative proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, and counseling employers on compliance and risk management.

Competitive salary and annual bonus eligibility. This position requires admission (or eligibility for admission) to the New York bar.

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 5+ years of litigation experience, with employment/labor law background strongly preferred
• Current New York bar admission or ability to obtain admission
• Familiarity with federal and state administrative agency procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and project-management skills
