Employment Litigation Associate — Palo Alto

We are recruiting an employment litigation associate to join a busy management-side Employment & Trade Secret group in Palo Alto. The team handles a broad, varied docket for technology and life-science clients, including internal investigations, employment-related counseling, and complex litigation involving trade-secret misappropriation, non-competes, and discrimination and harassment claims.

The role will involve litigation drafting and motion work, counseling fast-growing companies on day-to-day employment issues (terminations, leaves, policies), and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions. Candidates should expect a collaborative, high-volume practice with exposure to significant, high-stakes matters.

The office prefers candidates admitted to the California bar and resident in the Bay Area. The team offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

• 3–5 years of plaintiff- or management-side employment litigation experience, with significant courtroom and motion practice exposure
• Experience with trade-secret, employee mobility, and non-compete/non-solicitation matters
• Admitted to the California bar preferred and able to be resident in the Palo Alto/SF Bay Area office
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and strong academic credentials
