Employment Litigation Associate — Portland

Leading national employment law team seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Portland office. The role focuses on defending employers in employment-related litigation and agency matters, and advising clients on workplace policies, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities include defending and litigating a broad range of employment claims and administrative charges, representing employers in court, arbitration and mediation, conducting trainings, and counseling clients on employment and labor matters, including individual and collective/class claims.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 2+ years of litigation or employment-law experience preferred
• Active Oregon bar admission in good standing; Washington bar a plus
• Familiarity with federal and state agency procedures and employment statutes
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and project-management skills
