- 4–6 years' post-qualification employment litigation experience (employer-side preferred)
- Active California bar admission in good standing
- Experience with employment litigation procedures, agency practice, and courtroom/arbitration advocacy
- Strong written and oral advocacy, organization, and project-management skills
