Seeking an experienced employment litigation associate to join a national employment & labor practice in Sacramento. The role focuses on defending employers in a wide range of employment disputes, including individual and class/collective actions, wage-and-hour claims, discrimination, retaliation, and administrative agency matters.

Responsibilities include litigating cases in court and arbitration, handling agency charges, counseling and training employer clients, and representing employers at mediations. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials
4–6 years of litigation experience; employment/labor background strongly preferred
Admission to the California Bar in good standing
Experience with wage & hour and class action/PAGA matters preferred
Proven courtroom, arbitration, and agency experience; strong written and oral advocacy
Excellent organizational, time‑management, and project‑management skills; ability to handle a busy litigation docket
