Seeking an employment litigation associate to join a busy labor & employment practice in San Antonio. The role offers broad exposure to employer-side litigation matters and the chance to take on responsibility across the lifecycle of cases, including client counseling, investigations, discovery, motions, and court appearances.

Day-to-day work includes legal research and drafting (memoranda, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions), managing discovery and investigations, coordinating with government agencies when necessary, and direct client contact. The team is collaborative and emphasizes attorney development through training, writing, and speaking opportunities.

J.D. from an accredited law school and relevant litigation experience (clerkships or prior employment litigation experience preferred)
Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
Comfort working directly with business clients and outside counsel; ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Team-oriented mindset and interest in developing a specialty in employment law
