Seeking a litigation associate to join a Bay Area employment group handling pre‑litigation matters, high‑profile single‑plaintiff employment disputes, systemic discrimination and wage & hour class actions, and representative PAGA claims. The role includes responding to administrative charges, counseling clients on workplace issues, and managing complex, cutting‑edge matters.

Associates will take and defend depositions, appear at important hearings, argue motions, participate in mediations, and work directly with corporate clients and multi‑disciplinary teams. The group emphasizes strong mentoring, training, and integration into client teams and offers significant responsibility early in your tenure.

Minimum of 3 years' legal experience; judicial clerks should have at least one year of clerkship plus approximately 2 additional years of litigation experience.
Excellent academic record, outstanding writing, and strong interpersonal and advocacy skills.
J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in the California State Bar (or eligibility to practice in CA).
