Join a national labor & employment litigation team in Tampa as an associate handling defense-side matters for employers. The role focuses on litigation and agency proceedings across discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, non-compete and related employment claims.

Day-to-day work includes counseling and training employers, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, representing clients in court, administrative hearings, mediations and arbitrations, and supporting class/collective defense efforts where needed. The position offers a collaborative team environment with hybrid work flexibility.

JD from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials
3+ years of employment or commercial litigation experience; employment law experience preferred
Active Florida bar admission in good standing
Familiarity with state and federal administrative agency procedures and employer-defense practice
Excellent written and oral advocacy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
