Employment Litigation Associate — Washington, D.C.

Established national employment practice seeks a junior associate to join its Washington, D.C. litigation team. The role offers substantial responsibility on complex employment disputes in federal and state court and before administrative agencies.

You will work on all phases of litigation — case assessment, discovery, motion practice, witness and trial preparation — and collaborate closely with senior litigators in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with formal mentorship and professional development support.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Approximately 2 years of employment litigation or comparable civil litigation experience (discovery, motion drafting, legal research)
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills; comfort with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively with clients and team members
