You will work on all phases of litigation — case assessment, discovery, motion practice, witness and trial preparation — and collaborate closely with senior litigators in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with formal mentorship and professional development support.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
- Approximately 2 years of employment litigation or comparable civil litigation experience (discovery, motion drafting, legal research)
- Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills; comfort with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively with clients and team members
