Seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel to join a national labor & employment practice in the firm's Los Angeles office. The role focuses on defending employers in employment litigation and advising on workplace disputes, with substantial independent responsibility for case strategy and client counseling.

Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions (including dispositive motions), managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, handling investigations, preparing position statements, and leading mediations and settlement negotiations. The team values strong writing, analytical skills, and a client-service approach.

• Juris Doctor and active membership in the California bar in good standing
