Apply in confidence →A well-regarded German law firm is seeking an employment-law specialist to support its corporate/M&A practice across multiple offices, with a primary base in Berlin. The role focuses on the employment-law aspects of transactions and strategic advice for employers.
Day-to-day work includes advising on employee transfer issues, drafting and negotiating employment-related clauses in share and asset deals, conducting due diligence, and advising on post-transaction integration and restructurings. You will work closely with the corporate/M&A team and other offices on cross-border and domestic matters.
- Qualified lawyer in Germany (Rechtsanwalt / -anwältin) or equivalent qualification
- Practical experience in employment law with exposure to M&A and transactional work
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience with due diligence and integration issues
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly in German (English beneficial)
