Seeking an Of Counsel to join a busy employment litigation team in Seattle with a primary focus on class action defense. The role will handle all phases of litigation, including research and drafting of motions and pleadings, managing discovery and investigations, attending court conferences, and preparing dispositive motions and position statements.

The position offers regular opportunities to publish, speak, and participate in firm-wide professional development programs and CLE. The team supports mentorship and ongoing skills training to advance litigation practice.

• Juris Doctor and active membership in good standing with the Washington bar; must maintain licensure during employment.
• Minimum 8 years of employment litigation experience with substantial class action work in Washington.
• Proven legal research, analytical, and strong writing skills; experience drafting motions, pleadings, and dispositive filings.
• Experience managing discovery and participating in court conferences and client-facing litigation strategy.
