Employment Solicitor — Employment & Labor

Join a nationally recognised UK employment practice in a solicitor role focused on contentious tribunal work. The team handles a broad caseload for both employers and individuals, with a particular stream supporting Legal Expenses Insurance-funded employment tribunal claims.

This role offers hands-on tribunal experience from an early stage, structured training, and regular supervision within a supportive regional team. You will work across offices in Leeds and Sheffield and contribute to high-quality client service and team growth.

• 1–5 years PQE in contentious employment law
• Experience or strong interest in Employment Tribunal litigation (discrimination, whistleblowing)
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced caseload with strong organisational and case‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit regional team
