Pensions Lawyer — Employment & Labor

Leading UK law firm is recruiting a pensions lawyer to join its established employee benefits and pensions team. The role is open across multiple UK offices and will focus on advising on pension scheme governance, regulatory compliance and routine scheme documentation.

You'll work with a mix of employer and trustee-side matters, supporting clients on day-to-day scheme management, member benefits, and trustee/administrator queries. The team offers structured support and opportunities to develop a broad pensions practice.

The role is suitable for candidates who enjoy client-facing advisory work and collaborating across offices within a national practice.

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent with experience in UK pensions law
• Practical experience with pension scheme governance, member administration and regulatory compliance
• Strong drafting, communication and client management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices
