Join a well‑established national UK practice as part of a growing Employment team. The role sits within a collaborative group that advises a broad client base including SMEs and larger corporate clients across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, engineering and financial services.

The work is a mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment law: employment tribunal litigation, day‑to‑day HR advisory, large‑scale restructures, redundancies and TUPE, plus support on executive severance and settlement agreements. The role includes client-facing work and involvement in business development and training activities.

Qualified solicitor (NQ upwards) with demonstrable interest in employment law
Practical experience or training seat experience in employment law (tribunal work, TUPE, restructures preferred)
Confident client‑facing skills and ability to deliver clear, practical advice
Strong drafting skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
