Energy Associate

Growing law firm seeks an Energy Associate to join its US energy practice. The role will work on regulatory and transactional matters across the energy sector, supporting deal execution, permitting, and client counseling for utility, renewable and energy services clients.

The successful candidate will join a team that handles cross-jurisdictional matters and collaborates with specialists in related practices. Day-to-day work will include drafting transactional documents, regulatory filings, due diligence, and client memos.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction; Florida admission or eligibility preferred
• Experience in energy law or related regulatory/transactional work
• Strong drafting, research and client-communication skills; ability to work in small teams and on cross-office matters
