Apply in confidence →A growing Energy & Climate Solutions practice seeks an associate or counsel with 4–8 years' experience handling engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) matters and commercial procurement contracts for energy and infrastructure project development. The team focuses on mission-driven, cutting‑edge projects across renewable and low‑carbon technologies.
Work will cover transactional and project-implementation issues for projects such as utility-scale solar and storage, wind, geothermal, hydrogen, carbon removal and related transmission and infrastructure. The role offers exposure to complex project agreements, risk allocation, contractor negotiations and cross-functional deal teams.
- 4–8 years' post‑qualification experience in engineering/construction law and commercial procurement for energy or infrastructure projects
- Experience drafting and negotiating EPC, construction, supply and related project documents
- Familiarity with renewable and low‑carbon project structures (e.g., solar, storage, wind, hydrogen, carbon removal)
- Strong drafting, negotiation and project‑management skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Eligible for bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
