Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking an Energy & Infrastructure associate to join its national practice based in Austin. The role will work on a mix of energy and infrastructure matters, including project and infrastructure finance, tax-equity transactions, and M&A work for sponsors, lenders and other market participants.

The group offers structured training, mentoring and cross-office collaboration within a large, integrated energy team. Candidates will be expected to contribute to client workstreams, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and collaborate with senior lawyers across finance and corporate teams.

Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered; the posted salary range for this role is $225,000–$435,000.

2–9+ years of relevant experience in energy & infrastructure finance, tax equity, and/or M&A.
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Admission to the State Bar of the state in which the candidate will be based (required).
Ability to work collaboratively on cross-office, national transactions and to manage client deliverables.
