Leading national energy practice seeks an associate or counsel to join its renewable energy and infrastructure team in Austin (multiple U.S. office placements possible). The role focuses on transactional work across project development and project finance for power, renewables, digital infrastructure and other infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates will have significant deal experience and will work on matters such as project development and finance, tax-equity, PPPs, data centers, conventional and renewable power, and downstream infrastructure. The team offers exposure to large cross-border and domestic transactions and collaborative deal teams.

2–6 years' post‑qualified experience (classes 2020–2024) or 8+ years' relevant transactional experience
Demonstrable project development or project finance experience and familiarity with renewable energy, power, digital infrastructure or related infrastructure transactions
Experience on transactions such as project finance, tax‑equity, PPPs, data centers or downstream projects
Strong drafting, deal execution and client-facing skills on complex transactional matters
