A leading national law firm’s Texas IP litigation team is hiring a first-year associate (2026 JD) to join its Intellectual Property practice beginning Fall 2026. Dallas is the preferred location; strong candidates open to Houston will also be considered.

Ideal candidates are interested in IP litigation and preferably hold a technical undergraduate or graduate degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields). The role emphasizes litigation support, motion practice, and collaboration with experienced trial teams.

Candidates must be scheduled to sit for the July 2026 Texas Bar Exam. USPTO registration is a plus. The firm offers an IP incentive bonus to qualified associates.

Juris Doctor, graduating 2026 (first-year associate hire)
