New York office seeking an entry‑level associate to join a residential asset finance and securitization team starting Fall 2026. The role offers hands‑on exposure to structuring, documentation and transactions across residential asset finance and securitization matters within a collaborative practice group.

Candidates from any academic or professional background are encouraged to apply; prior experience in finance, accounting or securitization is welcome but not required. The team values intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to develop technical expertise in structured finance.
