Fast-growing national law firm is hiring Environmental/Toxic Tort attorneys to join its San Diego / Carlsbad regional team. The role focuses on toxic tort and general liability litigation across California, with matters that include asbestos, silica, PFAS, solvents, mold, benzene and Prop 65 and class-action work.

The office offers flexible working arrangements (fully remote, hybrid or on-site) and provides opportunities for courtroom exposure, depositions and client-facing work. Candidates will join a collaborative litigation group and work with experienced practitioners on regional and national matters.

Licensed and admitted to practice in California
Litigation experience or demonstrable interest in toxic torts, asbestos and related environmental tort matters
Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
Team player who can manage assignments with minimal supervision and handle courtroom and deposition responsibilities
All experience levels considered; flexible work arrangements available
