Environmental / Toxic Tort Associate — San Diego (flexible remote/hybrid)

National environmental litigation practice is seeking Environmental/Toxic Tort associates to join its San Diego-area team. The work focuses on toxic tort and general liability matters — including PFAS, asbestos, solvents, silica, benzene, mold, Prop 65 and related class-action defense — with opportunities to handle hearings, depositions and trial work.

• Active admission to practice in California.
• Litigation experience or strong interest in toxic tort/general liability litigation; prior experience with toxic tort matters a plus.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, oral advocacy and persuasive writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work on teams, take initiative, and manage assignments with limited supervision.
• Willingness to work in a flexible arrangement (remote, hybrid or office-based) and to travel for hearings or depositions as needed.
