Join a national corporate team as an Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate, working on transactional ECM work, public M&A and corporate governance. The role offers hybrid working from the London or Birmingham office and exposure to cross‑border deals across multiple sectors.

You will advise corporates, investment banks, brokers and major shareholders on primary and secondary securities offerings (UK and international listings), AIM and Main Market work, and related corporate governance matters. The team encourages ownership of transactions and development of client relationships.

The firm provides structured training, technical support (including a precedent bank), business development coaching and a transparent promotion pathway aimed at supporting long‑term career progression.

Minimum 4 years' PQE in equity capital markets / public M&A.
Proven transactional experience and the ability to project‑manage deals from instruction to completion.
Strong technical drafting skills, commercial judgement and client‑facing confidence.
Team player with mentoring experience for junior lawyers and an appetite for business development.
