The position offers exposure to sophisticated, transactional work advising senior executives and deal teams, and requires strong drafting and transaction experience. The hiring team values collaboration, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
2–6 years of experience with executive compensation and employee benefits, particularly in M&A/transactional matters.
Experience drafting compensation and equity documentation (e.g., retention agreements, severance arrangements, equity award documents) and advising on tax/ERISA issues.
Strong legal writing, project management skills, and comfort working on cross-functional deal teams.
