- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
- 2–6 years of experience with executive compensation and employee benefits, particularly in M&A/transactional matters.
- Experience drafting compensation and equity documentation (e.g., retention agreements, severance arrangements, equity award documents) and advising on tax/ERISA issues.
- Strong legal writing, project management skills, and comfort working on cross-functional deal teams.
