Mid-level associate role in a national practice group focused on executive compensation and employee benefits. The team advises on compensation, equity and benefits matters that arise in M&A and other corporate transactions.

The position offers the opportunity to work on cross-border and domestic transactional matters, draft and negotiate plan documents and agreements, and counsel clients on regulatory and tax implications of executive pay arrangements.

2–6 years' PQE in executive compensation and employee benefits work
Experience advising on executive pay, equity-based compensation and benefits in M&A or other corporate transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
JD and active bar admission in the U.S.
